Leaving the Mercer Hotel, Kim looked to be back to her best, strutting her stuff around the big apple in a pair of black ankle boots.
And the dark outfit helped keep her growing baby bump under wraps, while showcasing her huge cleavage. Kim accessorised her look with some dark sunnies and a tiny black purse for her retail therapy sesh. She glowed in the dark ensemble, despite recently admitting her pregnancy was painful.
