Ashton Kutcher's girlfriend has topped the poll for the first ever time after she beat pop star Rihanna who takes second place.

The Black Swan star has had a successful year as she's also featured in five major movie roles.

We bet this was the icing on the cake.

Mila's victory comes after Tulisa - who isn't even in the top ten this year - controversially won the title last year.

The 29-year-old has also brought an end to a line of British winners as she becomes the first American to top the poll in four years.

Helen Flanagan takes third place this year as she is officially the Sexiest Woman in Britain, beating former co-star Michelle Keegan who comes in fourth.

Talking about her new title, the actress said: "I'm absolutely thrilled to be voted the Sexiest Woman In the UK.

"It's a lovely confidence boost, especially when there are so many beautiful girls out there. Rosie Webster would definitely be impressed!" she added.

Kelly Brook - who has been on a revealing Twitter spree lately - has also entered the top ten for the first time in seven years.
